We just managed to get our hands on the recording of the chat we had with KFM and Mary O'Sullivan of Beara Bitters on the 9th March which was organised by Flavours of Kildare who promote Kildare's diverse food and drink culture.
The Local Enterprise Office Kildare established the Flavours of Kildare Food Network as part of an ongoing effort to harness the power of the ‘collective’ and to ensure that our unique food and drink heritage benefits from the attention it deserves. Ultimately, the goal of Flavours of Kildare is to help the county nurture its enviable status as an iconic food brand.
